Refunds by Nouvelles Antilles for price difference are subject to the following conditions.

- Same journeys
- Same number of flights
- Same travel class (first class, business class, economy class)
- Same passenger types (adult, child, baby) *

- Same room category
- Same length of stay in hotel
- Same car Rental category
- Same dates and times to taking delivery of the vehicle
- Same place of pick up and delivery of the vehicle
- Same additional extras (baby seats, booster)
Any expenses related to the cancellation, changes and assurances have not be reflected in the comparison.

Warranty terms and Conditions

Refund Terms
